According to the letter  sent by the XMT Liquidations to the stockholders that is also known as Excapsa  Software before, the ownership of the CEREUS Poker Network by Blanca Games has, “violated and/or triggered the application of certain rights under the agreements between Excapsa and Blast Off and its related entities.”

The reports with regards to the acquisition of the CEREUS Poker Network by Blanca Games had passed over the violations  of the contract between Excapsa and Blast Off. It was also included in the letter that, “All of Excapsa’s rights under the promissory notes and related security, including enforcement procedures, have been reserved.”

Taking the side of the poker pro, Joe  Sebok gives his statements  saying, “I couldn’t be more excited about it. It’s a further break from the past and fewer connections to the former owners of Ultimate Bet online, not to mention my own excitement about bringing Blanca into the fold and beginning something new.”

The issue about the agreement is strongly debatable knowing that there are major points that Blanca Games surpassed. It would be great if  both sides will undergo investigations about the issue. As noted in the industry, CEREUS Poker Network is the author of the Absolute Poker and the Ultimate Bet.
